Jenny Lind, CA — A man suffered minor injuries after driving off the road an into a drainage ditch in the Jenny Lind area.
The CHP reports that the accident happened at around 7:40pm yesterday on Kirvy Street near Jenny Lind Road. The driver was 21-year-old Michael Willis of Valley Springs. The CHP reports that Willis failed to stop at the stop sign, traveled across the road, and into a drainage ditch.
Willis was briefly taken to Mark Twain St. Josephs Hospital and later booked into Calaveras County Jail for Driving Under The Influence.
