Sonora, CA — The 46-lot Red Tail Ridge Subdivision will go before the Tuolumne County Supervisors on Tuesday.
The project went before the Board on August 2nd, and the Supervisors requested additional information before making a decision. The lots would range in size from 10-55 acres, and be spread over 542 acres. The site is located in the area of High Meadow Drive, approximately 1.7 miles northeast of the Cabezut Road/Greenley Road intersection.
The Supervisors questions were primarily related to fire protection, water supply, removal of oak trees and road maintenance. The Supervisors meeting begins at 9am Tuesday, and the Public Hearing on the subdivision is scheduled for 10:30am.
