Badger Pass Lodge Rehabilitation

Yosemite, CA — A report finds no significant environmental impact regarding proposed updates to the Badger Pass Ski Lodge.

Yosemite National Park announces the signing of the Badger Pass Ski Lodge Rehabilitation “Finding of No Significant Impact” (FONSI) document.

Updates can now be made to the structure, plumbing and electrical systems. Temporary buildings will be replaced with structures compatible with the historic site, and alterations to the original structure will be removed. Work is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2012. The improvements will be made over a multi-year period, as funding becomes available.
