Sonora, CA — There was a pair of fires reported early this morning in Tuolumne County.
CAL Fire says that a structure caught fire in the 100 block of North Shepherd Street at around 12:50am and was extinguished by 3:10am. Two residents that were inside are being assisted by the Red Cross. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
There was also a small spot fire in the Jamestown area. It was located along Clavey Court off Sierra Meadows Drive. It was reported at around 2:20am, and its cause is also under investigation.
