La Grange, CA– Starting this Thursday, and continuing through Wednesday, October 12th, road work will be completed on J-59.
Tuolumne County is in contract with Sierra Mountain Construction to complete installation of rumble strips.
Work will take place from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and one-way traffic control will be conducted. A pilot car will also be ushering traffic through the construction area.
The project, funded with a grant from the Highway Safety Improvement Program and the Federal Highway Administration, was approved by the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors earlier this month.
