Weather Leads To Outages

Published Oct 5, 2011 9:53 am : Updated Oct 5, 2011 9:53 am

Sonora, CA — There’s numerous power outages spread across the region this morning. Foothill rain, high country snow and strong winds arrived overnight.

PG&E Spokesperson Nicole Liebelt is not sure when the outages will be restored. She says 415 customers are without in Angels Camp, 130 in Glencoe, 135 in Jackson, 35 in Tuolumne, 10 in Columbia, 10 in Groveland, and 10 in Sonora.

Liebelt says winds could be heavy throughout the day, meaning that more power outages are possible.

To report an outage or try to receive information on a specific community, call 1-800-PGE-5000.
