Columbia, CA- Cooler fall temperatures mean the weather is just perfect for The 26th Annual Harvest Festifall. This event runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm today and tomorrow at Columbia State Historic Park. It has been a very popular event since it started back in the 80’s for both locals young and old and those visiting the area.
Sponsored by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, the Harvest Festifall will feature more than 40 vendors on Main Street dressed in 1850’s gold rush era costumes. Handmade arts and crafts, including; jewelry, pottery, apparel, home decor, and wood furniture will be on display for purchase. Pick out a pumpkin to decorate and at 4pm there will be a Tri-tip BBQ to accompany live music at the gazebo starting at 5:00 pm. The Mother Lode Weavers and Spinners will be on hand giving lessons in spinning and weaving as well as other demonstrations.
