Schools Out For Thanksgiving

Tuolumne, CA – Today is the last day of school for all K-12 Tuolumne County public schools.

School is out next week for the Thanksgiving holiday. This includes the Office of Education, Transition and Special Education Programs, Belleview, Big Oak Flat, Columbia,Groveland, Curtis Creek, Jamestown, Sonora Elementary, Sonora High, Soulsbyville, Summerville Elementary, Summerville High and Twain Harte-Long Barn. Gold Rush Charter and Sierra Waldorf schools are also closed for the week of Thanksgiving.

The Calaveras Unified School District have had early release days all this week but will have three full days of school before the Thanksgiving holiday. Bret Harte Union High School and Vallecito High School are in session the first three days of next week, but have a minimum day on Wednesday.

Columbia College will be in class next Monday through Wednesday. In observance of Thanksgiving, classes after 5pm on Wednesday the 23rd are postponed untill the following week.
