Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Planning Commission will take up the Argonaut Estates Subdivision.
The applicant, Golden State Surveying and Engineering, is proposing that two residential parcels, consisting of 114 acres, be split into 18 parcels. They would range in size from 5-10 acres. The project is located in the Sonora area, at the eastern terminus of Cabezut Road. The site is approximately 1 ½ miles east of the Greenley Road/Cabezut Road intersection.
The Planning Commission meeting starts at 6pm on December 7th in the Board of Supervisors meeting room.
