A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for the Stanislaus National Forest through 10 AM Friday.
According to the National Weather Service the affected area is Fire Weather Zone 221, which is the Stanislaus National Forest west of the Sierra crest.
* Winds: Ten to fifteen mph will continue with gusts up to thirty mph.
* Relative Humidity: Is as low as twelve percent.
* Impacts: Gusty winds and low humidity along with dry fuels have created critical fire weather conditions, where any new ignitions could see rapid fire growth. Dry and very warm conditions will continue through the weekend.
