Senator Tom Berryhill says this coming January will be an interesting month at the state capitol.
Berryhill, who represents Senate District 14, will be the guest on Mother Lode Views this weekend. Berryhill will speak about Governor Jerry Brown’s public employee pension reform plan, and its chances of passing in the state legislature. He will also talk about his desire to see a state spending cap, and give his opinion on passing temporary tax increases to help balance the budget.
In addition, Berryhill will explain the “trigger cuts” that are being talked about in Sacramento.
Berryhill’s District 14 includes Tuolumne County.
