Angels Camp Arrests Made

Angels Camp, CA — One adult and two juveniles were arrested Tuesday evening by police for an alleged theft at the Wyndham Resorts timeshares in the Greenhorn Creek subdivision.

At approximately 6:20pm responded to the burglary. The victim was on vacation with her out-of-state family. They had spent the day at Yosemite. When she returned to her room she discovered that someone had entered an unlocked rear door and taken some property including a laptop computer and credit cards.

With assistance from the resort staff officers were able to determine that one of the stolen credit cards was used to make an on-line purchase from the public computer in the lobby. Further investigation led officers to another room in the resort where the majority of the property was recovered.

Three subjects, including 18 year old Lashell Brianna Brice from Stockton, were arrested. The other two are juveniles, a 16 year old male and a 16 year old female. All three have been charged with burglary, possession of stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card. Brice was booked into the County Jail. One of the juveniles was on probation and has been returned to the Probation Department. The other juvenule was cited and released to parents.
