Murphys, CA — It will be a busy Saturday in Murphys as the annual Irish Day festivities will be taking place.
Temperatures are expected in the low to mid-70’s, so a large crowd should be on hand. The event is put on by the Murphys Business Association and celebrates the town’s Celtic heritage. Festivities on Main Street will start at 10am and run until 5pm.
There will again be live entertainment and more than 100 vendors taking part. Beginning at 11am is the parade through downtown. A pancake breakfast will kick off the day from 8-11am at the Congregational Church.
