San Andreas, CA — The C.H.P. is reporting the Hwy 4 head-on collision has been cleared of both vehicles.
Major injuries have been reported but at this time no additional information is available as the investigating officers remain on scene near Ansil Davis Rd. in the Douglas Flat area.
