Sonora, CA — By a 4-1 Tuesday morning vote the Tuolumne County supervisors approved sending a Letter of Intent to the Land Stewardship Council regarding Kennedy Meadows.
The letter refers to the transfer of fee interest of 240 acres of land that is currently owned by P.G.& E. to Tuolumne County.
CAO Craig Pedro described the letter as being one of a general, non-binding nature. The negotiations will be between the county and P.G.& E. Representing the county will be Pedro along with supervisors Teri Murrison and John Gray.
Board Chair Liz Bass cast the lone dissenting vote.
