Valley Springs, CA — Arson has been ruled the cause of a small Monday evening grass fire in Valley Springs.
The fire was reported at around 6:30pm at 107 Bullion Hill Drive. It was a spot fire and extinguished quickly.
The case is under investigation. One CAL Fire engine from Valley Springs responded.
