Knights Ferry, CA — A search for a Tuolumne County man that reportedly fell into a canal below the Goodwin Dam near Knights Ferry has been turned over to Stanislaus County.
Calaveras County had been leading the effort and called in a CHP Helicopter yesterday to search the area from Goodwin Dam to Woodward Reservoir.
The unidentified Tuolumne County man is in his 40’s, and fell into a canal west of Tulloch Dam around 8pm on Monday. A Stanislaus County Dive team has also been assisting.
