Sonora, CA — Tuolumne County has approved a settlement agreement with a former employee.
The Board of Supervisors has agreed to pay former Transportation Planner Erin Gold $117,000 in exchange for the dismissal of all lawsuits and claims against the county. The agreement states that $80,000 goes toward a workers’ compensation claim and $37,500 for a civil action suit.
The settlement agreement was approved Tuesday. Details regarding the lawsuit were not discussed at the meeting.
