Sonora, CA– A 28 year old man was arrested for attempting to pass fictitious money yesterday at Talulah’s Restaurant in Sonora.
After a restaurant employee called Sonora Police, told them that a man had just attempted to pass a fake 10 dollar bill, and gave them a detailed description of the man, the suspect, Andrew Clemo was arrested at Coffill park.
Clemo was taken into custody without incident and booked for felony possession of fictitious bills, felony attempting to pass fictitious bills and violation of probation. Clemo did have prior theft convictions and was on probation for petty theft.
