Sonora, CA — Tuolumne County is in the midst of running a customer service survey, and officials are hoping to see more people take part.
Kathleen Rustrum in the County Administrators Office says the information will be used to create a training program to help all county workers improve customer service. “We’re getting a good cross section from all different regions, but we would like a lot more people to respond than we have so far,” says Rustrum.
Members of the public are encouraged to fill out the survey that is up on the County’s website. Click here to find the survey. It will be online through the end of the month.
