Tuolumne, CA — The Tuolumne Band of Me Wuk Indians elected executive officers this week. The officers are elected annually, and oversee the operations and supervise the staff of various tribal programs.
Kevin Day was elected to serve as Tribal Chair. Day ran unopposed and will now serve his 16th term. The Vice Chairman will be Fern Geisdorff, the Secretary will be Darla Berg and Treasurer will be Robert Burciaga. The elections were held Wednesday.
