Twain Harte, CA — Highway 108 has reopened at Soulbyville.
The Twain Harte Grade was closed down earlier this afternoon because plows were having trouble keeping up with the new snow. Chain requirements are in effect for motorists heading to Twain Harte on Highway 108. For more information on chain requirements click here. Continue to travel with caution across the Mother Lode.
