Nevada Man Injured In Motorcycle Accident

Valley Springs, CA – A Nevada man was injured in a motorcycle accident in Calaveras County.


The CHP reports that 83-year-old Robert G. Walrath of Pecria was riding a 1997 Harley Davidson on Lime Creek Road Monday afternoon and came to a stop at the Highway 12 intersection. As Walrath attempted to accelerate again he lost control and rolled the bike over on its side. Walrath was transported to Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital by ambulance to treat minor injuries.


The accident was reported during the noon hour.
