Snow will likely return to the Sierra Nevada on Tuesday.
Four to eight inches of snowfall accumulation is likely between 5500 and 6000 feet, according to the National Weather Service.
Snow levels may fall to as low as 4000 by Wednesday morning.
Winds will gust from forty to fifty-five mph over the Sierra Crest.
