Sonora, CA — Funding for the Woods Creek-Rotary Park Project will be completed at this evening’s Sonora City Council meeting.
According to City Administrator Greg Applegate the total amount will be a combination of the remaining $200,385 of the city’s Per Capita Grant Funds under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks and Coastal Protection Act of 2002 along with $33,000 of Redevelopment Funds that will complete the project.
Also on the agenda consideration of approving the final plans for the Barretta Street Storm Drain Project and granting authorization to advertise for bids.
First District Supervisor Liz Bass will present her monthly report and Tuolumne County Development Director Bev Shane will update the City Council on county projects.
The "open to the public" meeting will get underway at 5pm at City Hall.
