San Andreas, CA — Driving was hazardous Friday across the Mother Lode given the snow and winter conditions.
San Andreas based CHP Officer Jaime Castillo says his office responded to 64 traffic incidents between 7am and 4:30pm.
“We had numerous vehicle spinouts, traffic collisions, trees down and rockslides,” says Castillo. “We were fortunate that there weren’t any serious injury collisions.”
The Sonora area CHP office reports that it was also inundated with calls throughout Friday. Pictured is a vehicle colliding with a parked Sonora PD vehicle on Mono Way.
