Sacramento, CA — That winter storm warning remains in effect through 4pm Wednesday.
The National Weather Service is predicting 100 percent chance of precip today in the form of thunderstorms, especially this afternoon, 90 percent chance this evening.
Yosemite is expecting two to three feet of new snow later today.
