Sonora, CA — A bankruptcy judge has extended the deadline for department store chain Gottschalks to find a buyer or liquidate.
The original deadline was March 17, but the deadline was pushed back yesterday to March 30. The Fresno-based retailer’s Chapter 11 case is being reviewed by a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge in Delaware.
