Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors will continue a public hearing Tuesday regarding proposed amendments to the ordinance code regarding large retail stores.
One item discussed at a previous meeting was to drop the requirement that an economic analysis be required. The Board is expected to take a vote after the hearing.
The Supervisors will also discuss whether to establish a Park and Recreation District in the county.
In San Andreas, the Supervisors will hold a public hearing on a request to rezone a .65 acre parcel of land at 318 Main St. in Copperopolis for commercial use. The applicant is hoping to open a landscaping and nursery business with onsite retail plant sales.
The meetings will begin at 9am in Sonora and San Andreas.
