Sonora, CA — A 1:30pm Beilenson Hearing regarding the fate of the Visiting Nurse Association-Hospice of the Sierra will highlight today’s Tuolumne County supervisorial meeting.
According to Board Chair Teri Murrison there are three options for the supervisors to consider once the public hearing is closed. The first is to allow the model to stand as is. The second is elimination of the services and the third is possible privatization.
In addition the supervisors will consider approving a comment letter to the National Environmental Policy Act Document Manager for the Transmission Agency of Northern California Transmission Project.
The supervisors will also consider awarding a $1.7 million contract to Ford Construction for the Phoenix Lake Road Bridge project at Sullivan Creek.
