Sonora, CA — According to the Sonora Police Department the eastbound lane of Stockton Rd. has reopened following a single vehicle rollover accident during the lunch hour.
An eastbound PT Cruiser veered off the right side of the roadway directly across the street from the lower Save Mart store, struck the rock wall, rolled over twice and came to rest on its side.
The unidentified driver and his grandson were not injured. Cause of the accident remains under investigation.
The eastbound lane was closed for approximately 45 minutes.
