Stockton, CA — P.G.& E. is reporting a power outage in the Twain Harte area that is affecting approximately 125 customers.
Spokesperson Nicole Liebelt reports the outage occured at 7:23 this morning.
Cause of the outage and a time for full restoration has yet to be determined.
