Mariposa Man Dies From Injuries Sustained During Motorcycle Accident

Sonora, CA — The Sonora Area CHP Office says that a motorcyclist injured on July 26th on Hwy 49 south of Hwy 132 has now passed away from injuries sustained.

68-year-old Donald Weston of Mariposa was traveling on a 2001 Harley-Davidson when he collided with a deer. Weston was transported to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. The CHP was notified of Weston’s demise by the Stanislaus County Coroners Office.
