Sonora, CA — Sonora High won and Calaveras and Summerville’s seasons came to an end Friday evening.
In round two of the Division IV high school football playoffs, Sonora defeated Lincoln 36 to 20.
Sonora’s Dan Link scored four of the team’s five touchdowns as the Wildcats continue their run for the title. Next week Sonora travels to Placer to face the Hillmen. Game time will be 7pm and it can be heard on Star 92.7 and it will be streamed live on mymotherlode.com.
Central Catholic defeated Summerville 45-21. It was Placer over Calaveras 43-23.
