Sonora, CA — The H1N1 vaccine is now available to law enforcement, first responders and teachers in Tuolumne County, and beginning December 7th, it will available to everyone.
County Health Officer Dr. Todd Stolp says residents can get the vaccine through local providers and some pharmacies.
On December 15th the Health Department is planning to hold a mass vaccination clinic at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds from 2-6pm.
Dr. Stolp says infants continue to have the highest rate of hospitalization, and people with underlying health conditions are at greatest risk of suffering complications if they become infected.
