Sonora, CA — Mark Catlin Wainwright pleaded not guilty this morning to four misdemeanor counts charging him with causing the April 18th Cold Springs fire that destroyed a home, a vehicle and a boat and damaged two other residences.
Wainwright is now scheduled for a trial readiness conference in Department Four of Superior Court before the Honorable Eleanor Provost July 10 at 2pm.
