Sonora, CA — 24 year old Anthony Jared Davis of Leisure Drive in Twain Harte and 26 year old Andrew Raymond Clemo of Sonora were arrested and booked into the County Jail on numerous charges early Saturday evening.
Davis was already in CHP custody in front of Gottschalks shortly after 6pm on a vandalism warrant when Sheriff´s deputies arrived. According to the report Davis was intoxicated. Also intoxicated at the scene was Clemo who resisted arrest while kicking one of the officers.
Both were eventually transported to the County Jail where they continued their beligerant action. Davis threatened to kill one of the jail deputies.
Davis remains in custody with a bail amount of $13,000 after the McDonald´s employee was charged with disorderly conduct in public, battery on a peace officer and obstructing and resisting a peace officer´s arrest effort.
The unemployed Clemo was charged with disorderly conduct in public, battery on a peace officer and obstructing a public officer. He was cited and released with a court date.
