Sonora, CA — Tomorrow the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors will consider approving an agreement for borrowing funds from the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) for the express purpose of financing the closure of the Jamestown Landfill.
The amount of that loan would be $6,330,000. In a related story there will also be consideration of approving plans, specifications, contract documents and notice to contractors for a Call for Bids to be executed Monday, May 19th at 4pm.
In addition the supervisors will consider approving the dates of May 19-22 for public hearings regarding the Mountain Springs Community Plan project.
