Yosemite, Ca — When it comes to snowpack runoff, the Tuolumne River drainage is currently at 99% of normal for this time of year.
Yosemite National Park Spokesperson Adrienne Freeman says tests are conducted every couple of weeks.
She says the average peak for stream flow is June 1st. However, when conditions were dry last year, the peak was at the end of April.
