San Andreas, CA — In San Andreas today the Board of Supervisors is scheduled for a 2:30 Study Session dealing with the Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber will be presenting data which will represent a snapshot of the county´s economic profile. The data will include information concerning commuting patterns, employment trends, population and job growth. The Chamber has established a goal of pursuing economic development in order to diversify the local economy.
The “open to the public” segment of the supervisors´ meeting will get underway at nine o´clock at the Government Center on Mountain Ranch Rd.
And today is the deadline for the county to officially apply for AB900 jail funding from the state.
