Sonora, CA — The 49 lot upscale Cuesta Heights residential subdivision north of Shaw´s Flat Rd. was unanimously approved by the City Council Monday evening.
City Administrator Greg Applegate states the project now must be processed through L.A.F.C.O., the Local Agency Formation Commission, for approval for annexation into the city.
Then following the granting of permits for the developer, Robert Ozbirn, ground could then be broken possibly by this summer.
