Sonora, CA — Due to the voluminous paperwork involved and a two week, end-of-the-month hiatus for the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors a decision will not be handed down on the Mountain Springs Community project until August 5 at the earliest.
According to Mountain Springs General Manager Ron Kopf, there is such a great volumne of paperwork to be completed it would be impossible for a review to be made and a decision rendered by tomorrow.
The next available date will be August 5 because the supervisors will be on hiatus the final two weeks of July.
Additions to the plans coming out of last week´s meeting include agricultural mitigation asked for by Supervisor Teri Murrison and fire protection mitigation requested by Board Chair Dick Pland.
