Copperopolis, CA — 35 year old Mario G. Berbereia of Delhi was arrested early Saturday evening on Lake Tulloch near the river-inlet for operating a motorcraft while under the influence of alcohol-drugs.
At 5:30 a Calaveras County Marine Safety deputy spotted Berbereia exceeding the posted speed limit. Berbereia was showing physical signs and symptoms of consuming an alcoholic beverage. During the investigation he was found to have a .08 blood alcohol content and he was subsequently arrested under the guidelines of the Harbors & Navigation Code.
