Sonora, CA — At 8:15 this morning 40 year old Larry James DeRossette, Jr. is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Superior Court.
DeRossette is facing numerous charges stemming from his holdup of the Whistle Stop in the early morning hours of July 30th. After exiting the store he was shot three times by a CHP officer.
Following surgery at Sonora Regional Medical Center DeRossette was transfered to the County Jail.
