Sonora, Ca — Recently the Rosalinda Gentlemen´s Club opened west of O´Byrnes Ferry Rd. on the north side of Hwy 108.
County Clerk and Auditor Debi Russell says that business licenses are not issued in Tuolumne County, but there are requirements that all businesses have to complete in order to open.
?They would have to file a fictitious business name if they are using something other than just the straight owner´s name,? says Russell. ?Businesses also have to file with the Community Development Department to make sure that it is a proper use of the property, and they have to file with the Assessors Office for the business property.?
The strip club recently changed ownership, and was previously known as the Winking Lantern.
