San Andreas, CA — According to Officer Jaime Castillo CHP officers are now on the scene of a four vehicle accident on Hwy 4 west of Angels Rd. near the Osborn Ranch.
Three tow trucks have been ordered for a possible head-on collision. The initial report indicates injuries are moderate to major.
No other details are available at this time.
