Sonora, CA — A morning power outage that has affected 28 eastside P.G.& E. customers was caused by a blackbird colliding with a transformer.
22 customers have had their power restored. According to Spokesperson Nicole Tam in Stockton the remaining six should have their power restored by 11:15am if not sooner.
The cross streets of the damaged transformer are Sunny Circle and Hillsdale.
