San Andreas, Ca — With Halloween falling on a Friday, law enforcement is expecting quite a few drivers out on the roadways tonight.
?We want to remind the parents and young ?trick or treaters´ to be vigilant in looking for cars,? says CHP Officer Jaime Castillo. ?Always ?trick or treat´ in groups, carry a flashlight, cross the roadways at designated crosswalks, and never assume that a vehicle driver sees you or that you have the right of way.?
The CHP is also reminding residents that plan on attending Halloween parties to have a designated driver.
