Twain Harte, Ca — Tuolumne County Sheriff´s deputies were dispatched to the 19000 block of August Ct. in Twain Harte this week after a man called and said that someone was going to kill him, and then the phone line disconnected.
Deputies arrived and found 21-year-old Kenneth Creed, who appeared agitated, paranoid and likely under the influence of a controlled substance. When a deputy tried to detain Creed, he refused.
?Creed ended up having to be tased in order to gain compliance,? says Deputy Paul Tualla. ?Due to the situation of Creed possibly being on drugs, deputies requested an ambulance to respond and take Creed to the hospital.?
While waiting for the ambulance, Creed attempted to kick out the windows of a patrol vehicle. When the ambulance arrived, he was transported to the hospital for medical clearance.
Charges are being filed against Creed for resisting and threatening a public officer and suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
