Yosemite, Ca — A major rockslide at Yosemite National Park´s Curry Village last month has officials considering closing part of the lodging area permanently.
The Associate Press reports that a park advisory committee could decide as early as this week whether to permanently shut down as much as half of Curry Village. Last month´s rockslide crushed cabins and sent some visitors running, although no one was seriously injured.
